经直肠超声诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻

目的探讨经直肠超声诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻的临床价值。方法对35例膀胱颈梗阻患者行经直肠超声检查，观察膀胱颈形态，测量膀胱颈前、后唇厚度及尿道近段厚度，测量残余尿。结果所有受检者经直肠超声均可获得膀胱颈连续清晰的图像，女性膀胱颈梗阻超声表现为膀胱颈前唇和（或）后唇增厚突入膀胱，厚度范围4～10mm；另有4例患者主要表现为近段尿道管状增厚，厚度范围13～16mm。膀胱颈前后唇增厚程度与患者年龄呈正相关（r=0．39，P〈0．01）。患者残余尿量随膀胱颈增厚程度加重而增多。结论经直肠腔内超声为诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻病变提供了一种简便可行的检查方法。

Obstruction of female bladder neck diagnosed by transrectal ultrasonography

Objective To approach the obstruction of female bladder neck detected by transrectal ultrasonography. Methods Thirty-five female patients with obstruction of bladder neck were detected by transrectal ultrasonography, to observe the shape of bladder neck,to measure the thickness of anterior and posterior labium of bladder neck, the proximal urethra,and the residual urine volume. Results Clear transrectal sonograms of the bladder neck from were obtained from all the cases. Typical sonogram features of bladder neck obstruction were anterior or posterior labium thickened, and projected into the bladder, the thickness range from 4 to 10 mm. In another 4 cases, the sonogram features were proximal urethra thickened,from 13 to 16 mm. Thickened degree of anterior and posterior labium of bladder neck was relative with the age(r= 0.39,P< 0.01). The residual urine volume increased with the bladder neck thickening. Conclusions Transrectal ultrasonography is a simple and available method in diagnosis of female bladder neck obstruction.
