| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathologic diagnosis and ultrastructure features of primary pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC). MethodsRetrospective analysis was made on 37 cases of PC with histochemical stain and light microscopy observations. Transmission electron microscopy was performed on 19 cases.
