反复性自然流产患者抑郁、焦虑情绪及相关因素的研究

目的探讨反复性自然流产患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪反应及其相关因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)等标准化心理测试工具对92例反复性自然流产患者进行测试，并分析抑郁、焦虑水平与各因素的相关性。结果反复性自然流产患者有较多的抑郁、焦虑情绪反应，且与应对方式、社会支持、个性特征等应激中介因素有一定相关性。结论在反复性自然流产患者的诊治和护理工作中，应根据这一群体的特定心理特点及影响因素，采取相应的心理干预策略。

Factors Influencing Depression and Anxiety in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective To explore factors influencing depression and anxiety in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Using SDS mark,SAS mark,Trait Coping style Questionnaire,Social Support Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,92 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion were investigated for depression and anxiety.Results The scores of depression and anxiety were high in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion,which was related to age,occupation, education,marital status,coping style,social support and personality.Conclusion In the treatment and care of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,special psychological intervention programs should be planned according to the psychosomatic features of this population.
