| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血液透析患者血骨钙素（ Ｂ Ｇ Ｐ） 、 Ｎ 端甲状旁腺激素（ Ｎ－ Ｐ Ｔ Ｈ） 的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫的方法。结果：血透患者血浆 Ｂ Ｇ Ｐ及 Ｎ－ Ｐ Ｔ Ｈ 在血透前明显高于血透后；与对照组比较血液透析后均未降至正常。结论：血透患者 Ｂ Ｇ Ｐ 明显升高，血透后降低，但未降到正常。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the kinetics of the plasma bone gla-protein (BGP) and N-parathyroid hormone (N-PTH) in patients with hemodialysis.Further to evaluate its clinic significance.Method:Using immuno-fluorescence assay to detect the plasma concentration of BGP and N-PTH.Results:Plasma BGP and N-PTH level in pre-hemodialysis patients were markedly higher than the posthemodialysis patients.Plasma BGP,N-PTH level in the two groups were notably higher than the control group.Conclusion:The plasma BGP level in patients with hemodialysis increased significantly.However,it didn't return to normal after hemodialysis. |
