摘    要:对HUN(植物杀虫剂)进行了经口、皮和呼吸道的急性毒性实验(霍恩氏法和寇氏法),蓄积毒性试验(剂量递增法)和致突变试验(Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸变试验)。结果表明:HUN的大鼠经口LD50为316mg/kg,经皮LD50为584mg/kg;小鼠经口LD50为265.5mg/kg,经呼吸道LD50为1796.4mg/kg,蓄积系数为1.9。致突变试验结果表明,Ames试验各浓度组加S9与不加S9活化,其MR值均小于2。微核试验和精子畸变试验,各剂量组微核发病率和精子畸变率与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示:HUN为中等毒性和高蓄积性的化学物质。各项致突变试验结果均表明HUN无致突变性,是一种较理想的植物杀虫剂。

Abstract:This paper reports the study on the tests of the toxicity of HUN(plant insecticide) including acute toxicity tests via the mouth,the skin and the respiratory tract(Horn's and Karber's methods),accumulative toxicity test(according to the method of the gradual increase of the dose)and mutagenic tests(including Ames test,narrow micronucleus test and sperm malformation test of mice). The results showed that the values of LD50 of HUN were 316 mg/kg (via the mouth) and 584 mg/kg (via the skin) for rat with Horn's method,and 265.5mg/kg(via the mouth) and 1796.4mg/kg (via the respiratory tract) for mice with Karber's method, respectively. The accumulative coefficient was 1.9.The results of mutagenic tests showed that the MR values of Ames test, with S9 and without S9,were less than 2;the results of marrow micronucleus test and sperm malformation test of mice showed that there were no significant differences of the incidences of micronucleus and sperm malformation between the dose groups and the negative control group (P>0.05). This indicated that HUN was a medium toxic and high accumulative chemical. HUN has no mutagenicity and is an efficacious plant insecticide.
