| 摘 要： | 目的观察孔块消胶囊和三苯氧胺（TAM）治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法前瞻性随机对照研究260例乳腺增生症患者。结果乳块消胶囊与TAM治疗有效率分别为95．5％和96．2％，差异无统计学意义，但副作用较TAM少且轻微。服药后两者均存在较高的复发率。结论乳块消胶囊治疗乳腺增生症的效果与TAM相当，但副作用微少，应进一步开展治疗前后的病理组织学对照研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects of Rukuaixiao capsule and Tamoxifen（TAM） for cyclomastopathy. Methods The case control study was performed in 260 patients with cyclomastopathy grouped randomly. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between Rukuaixiao capsule（95.5% ） and TAM（96.2% ）. The side reaction of Rukuaixiao capsule was less than TAM. The recurrence rate in both groups was similar. Conclusions The effective rate of Rukuaixiao with less side reaction was no difference from TAM in treating eyelomastopathy. |
