CT仿真内窥镜的初步临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨CT新技术仿真内窥镜的临床应用价值。方法:对40例患者及正常人(鼻部17例、喉7例、气管支气管5例、胃4例、结肠7例)行螺旋CT扫描后经软件处理进行仿真内窥镜成像,并与纤维内窥镜、手术所见对照研究。结果:CT仿真内窥镜显示正常解剖结构、病变位置,范围与纤维内窥镜所见类似,并可进入纤维内窥镜无法到达的腔道,如副鼻窦内、狭窄的管腔内以及梗阻病变的远端。结论:CT仿真内窥镜提供了一种无创性的诊断方法,可作为纤维内窥镜的补充手段,具有一定的应用潜力,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

CT Virtual Endoscopy:Preliminary Clinical Applications
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical applications of CT virtual endoscopy.Methods:The virtual endoscopy images were compared with that of fiberoptic endoscopy in 31 patients and 9 normal volunteers.All the lesions were pathologically proved.Results:The normal anatomical structure,the location and extension of the lesion showed in CT virtual endoscopy were agreed with that of fiberoptic endoscopy.In addition,CT virtual endoscopy could show the structures of the paranasal sinuses and distal portion of obstruction with unconventional angles and locations which were not accesssible with fiberoptic endoscopy.Conclusion:CT virtual endoscopy provides an noninvasive diagnostic method to supplement fiberoptic endoscopy.
