小切口治疗胆囊病变238例体会

目的评估小切口治疗胆囊病变的效果,探讨小切口治疗胆囊病变在基层医院的应用。方法采用回顾性资料,统计1995年1月至2006年12月利用小切口治疗的238例胆囊病变患者,观察手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率、术后下床活动、保留胃管及肛门排气时间和出院后随访情况。结果本组238例胆囊病变患者采用小切口切除胆囊,全部痊愈出院。手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率、术后下床活动、保留胃管及肛门排气时间均优于传统手术方法。结论小切口治疗胆囊病变操作简单,与常规手术比较,有创伤较小、手术时间较短、出血较少、患者术后恢复较快等特点。术后早期即可下床活动,胃肠减压时间及排气时间较常规手术短。

Clinical experience in gallbladder disease treated by small incision in 238 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment of the gallbladder disease by small incision,and to explore the practice of the operation in the primary hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 238 patients suffered from gallbladder disease resected with small incision from 1995 to 2006 in our hospital.The operational time,bleeding quantity,complication rate,out-of-bed activity,the reserving time of the decompressing tube in the stomach and the exhausting time from fundament were observed.All patients were followed-up for 1 week or 1 month.Results All patients were performed cholecystectomy with small incision about 6~8 centimeters and recovered well.The operation was better in operational time,bleeding quantity,complication rate,out-of-bed activity,gastrointestinal decompression time and exhausting time were shorter compared with the traditional cholecystectomy.Conclusion The small incision used to cholecystectomy is simple and safety method in gallbladder disease.
