慢性咳嗽病因分布频率的季度差异

目的 探讨一年间各季度慢性咳嗽病因分布频率的改变.方法 收集2009年1月至2009年12月间连续在同济大学附属同济医院呼吸内科就诊并经逐步诊断流程探查病因的290例慢性咳嗽患者,以季度为单位分成4组,通过X2检验分析各季度病因分布频率的差异.结果 一年中慢性咳嗽病例数第2季度最多,第4季度最少.咳嗽变异性哮喘的分布频率因季节不同而变化,从第1季度63.8%降至第4季度35.4%(X2=11.334,P＝0.01).而其他病因无明显季节差异.结论 咳嗽变异性哮喘的分布频率随季度而变化.

Seasonal difference in the distribution and frequency of etiologies of chronic cough

Objective To explore seasonal difference in the distribution and frequency of etiologies of chronic cough during one year.Methods Two hundred and ninety patients consecutively referred for chronic cough to our Department of Respiratory Medicine between January 2009 and December 2009 were collected and divided into 4 groups by season,whose causes of cough had been primarily evaluated according to a step-by-step protocol and verified with the specific therapy.The seasonal changes in distribution and frequency of etiologies of chronic cough were analyzed by using X2 test.Results The number of patients with chronic cough seeking medical care was higher in the second season and lowest in the forth season during this year.The distribution and frequency of cough variant asthma varied with season and decreased from 63.8% in the first season to 35.4% in the forth season(X2=11.334,P=0.01).However,the distribution and frequency of the other causes eliciting chronic cough remained stable in a year.Conclusions Distribution and frequency of cough variant asthma vary with season.
