摘    要:利用扫描电镜观察到胎生和新生大鼠晶体血管膜的血管芽生方式分5种,即单向芽生方式、双向芽生方式、胶原和周皮细胞介导的芽生方式、血管源性细胞诱导的芽生方式以及芽生芽的方式。文中阐述了血管周皮细胞和玻璃体细胞的来源及其功能,探讨了血管形成及改建的机理,并进而提出周皮细胞和血管源性细胞在血管形成过程中的重要作用。

Abstract:We examined with scanning electron microscopy, the tunica vasculosa lentises which sprouts with a lamellipodial extention of viviparous rats and postnatal rats. There are five types of blas-togenic manner, such as unidirectional biastogenic manner, bidirectional blastogenic manner, collagen arid pericyte induced blastogenic manner, angioblasts induced blastogenic manner, and bud gemmated manner. In this article tunica vasculosa lentises of viviparous rats and postnatal rats are used to observe patterns of capillary sprouts growth. We explain the origin and the function of pericytes and lyalocytes, and then inquire into the mechanism of blood vessel formation and transformation. In addition, we put forward the important role of pericytes and angioblasts in the formative process of blood vessle.
