| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在喘息性支气管炎发病中的作用及意义。方法 采用PharmaciaUniCAP检测系统对 18例喘息性支气管炎患儿、30例哮喘患儿和 15例正常儿童血清ECP和总IgE含量进行检测。结果 喘息性支气管炎组与哮喘组患儿血清ECP、总IgE水平均明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,而喘息性支气管炎组与哮喘组血清ECP、IgE水平差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 与哮喘相似 ,喘息性支气管炎也存在嗜酸粒细胞活化和血IgE增加 ,与哮喘有明显相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To search into the changes and significance of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in infants with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Serum ECP and IgE concentrations were measured with Pharmacia UniCAP system in 18 infants with asthmatic bronchitis and 30 infants with asthma and 15 healthy controls. Results Serum ECP and IgE concentrations were significantly higher in asthmatic bronchitis and asthma infants than in controls, but no difference was found between asthmatic bronchitis infants and asthma infants. Conclusion The results that asthmatic bronchitis is similar to asthma in eosinophil activation and IgE production suggest that asthmatic bronchitis is correlated with asthma. |
