| Abstract: | The work of party building is a systematic project, which is an important part of the whole hospital development. From the experience of party building in this hospital, this paper puts forward that only by improving ideological education, personnel, cultural construction and dedicated service, can the quality of party building and the image of the hospital be further improved. |
