1例原发性脾淀粉样变多层螺旋动态增强CT特征并文献复习

目的分析脾淀粉样变的CT特点。方法对我院确诊的1例和国内外报道的脾淀粉样变进行回顾性总结。结果脾淀粉样变时临床表现不典型，脾脏体积轻度增大或正常，CT表现分为弥漫性及局灶性。弥漫性表现脾实质呈弥漫性低密度，动态增强强化程度明显低灌注；局灶性改变不具特异性。结论脾淀粉样变性弥漫性改变在CT表现上具有低灌注特异性，据此特点可诊断脾脏淀粉样变。

MDCT findings of primary splenic amyloidosis 1 case and literature review

Objective To explore the splenic amyloidosis CT findings.Methods Summarized spleen amyloid of definite case and reported domestic and international.Results The clinical manifestation was not typical when spleen amyloid,spleen volume mild increase or normal,it divided into diffusing and focal style according CT manifestations.Diffusing style flat apparent shrinkage,enhance saul density is hypoperfusion,focal style changed nonspecific.Conclusion Hypoperfusion specificity has characteristics manifestations in CT of spleen amyloidosis witch can be diagnosed.
