地尔硫卓治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压的临床观察

目的评价盐酸地尔硫卓注射剂在治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压中的临床疗效及其安全性。方法 52例非心脏外科手术合并有高血压的患者,先1-3min内静脉推注10mg地尔硫卓注射液,后以5-15μg/kg/min静脉滴注或泵入,观察患者用药后5、10、30、60、120min血压和心率的变化。结果地尔硫卓能够有效地治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压,其有效率达到96%,对患者正常心率无明显影响,未见严重不良反应。结论地尔硫卓注射剂治疗非心脏外科手术围手术期高血压是安全有效的。

Clinical observation on the effect of diltiazem infusion in patients of non cardiac surgery with perioperative hypertension

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of diltiazem infusion in patientsof non-cardiac surgery with perioperative hypertension.Methods 52 cases of perioperative non cardiac surgery patients with hypertension were studied. Intravenous diltiazem was administrated first with 10mg in 1 3min,then intravenous drip or pump into the patients with 5 15 μg/kg/min. The changes of blood pressure and heart rate on 5,10,30,60 and 120 min after administration of diltiazem were observed. Results The effect on blood pressure was significantly dropped,and its efficiency can reach 96% . There had no significant effect on patients with normal heart rate. No serious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Intravenous diltiazem infusion is effective and safe for patients of non cardiac surgery with perioperative hypertension.
