过敏性皮肤病1774例过敏原检测结果分析

目的观察不同类型的过敏性皮肤病、不同季节及不同性别的过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原的差异性。方法用德国Allergy Screen变应原定量免疫印迹法对1774例过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原进行检测。结果 1774例患者中,过敏原检测结果阳性736例(41.49%),5种过敏性疾病的吸入组阳性率分别为38.61%,37.11%,33.46%,36.36%和31.71%,食入组阳性率分别为13.88%,13.14%,8.09%,13.64%和7.32%;不同季节的阳性率分别为38.5%,78.92%,57.73%和23.79%。结论不同类型的过敏性皮肤病、不同季节及不同性别的过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原不同。可根据疾病类型、季节及性别选择过敏原筛查范围,做好过敏性皮肤病的防治。

Analysis on Allergens of 1774 Patients with Allergic Dermatosis

Objective To investigate the allergens in patients with allergic dermatosis,and find common allergens of Beijing. Methods The allergens in 1174 patients were detected by Allergy Screen Immune mark method. Results Seven hundred and thirty-six of 1774(41.49%) cases presented positive reaction. Positive cases in inhalation group of the five kind of disease respectively were 38.61%,37.11%,33.46%,36.36% and 31.71%,and positive cases in food group were 13.88%,13.14%,8.09%,13.64% and 7.32%; Positive cases in different seasons were respectively 38.5%,78.92%,57.73% and 23.79%. Conclusion The allergens are different in different areas ,different seasons and different genders,it is necessary to find relevant allergens of patients and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
