人类胚胎体外培养细菌污染12例分析

目的分析胚胎体外培养细菌污染的发生原因及预防措施。方法对中山大学附属第一医院生殖中心10年来胚胎体外培养中发生的12例细菌污染资料进行回顾分析。结果胚胎体外培养污染中,所有培养液滴有污染5例,部分液滴有污染3例,接触配子及胚胎的液滴污染有4例,培养液滴最常见的细菌为大肠埃希菌,污染的来源可能为患者生殖道、手术操作、培养环境及培养操作等。结论严格操作规程,改善培养环境,可能有效减少人类胚胎体外培养中的细菌污染。

Analysis of 12 cases of contamination of in vitro culture of human embryo

Objective To analyze the cause of contamination of the in vitro embryo culture and to seek for the preventive measures.Methods Medical records of 12 cases of contamination of the in vitro embryo culture in the past 10 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 5 cases of whole embryonic medium contamination,3 cases of partly contamination,and 4 cases of contamination of gametes or embryos culturing medium.The most common soruce of contamination was the contamination by E.coli.The cause of contamination is likely come from the genital tract of the patients,operation,environment of the laboratory and the culturing.Conclusion It is necessary to avoid contamination by performing the standard procedures,and improving the culture environment.
