不同护理方法对留置导尿管患者尿路感染发生率的比较

目的 探讨降低留置尿管患的尿路感染发生率方法。方法 采用彻底清洗、消毒、严格操作程序、避免不必要插管、改进导尿方法和早期处理感染等一套较为完整的新护理方法。结果 观察组感染率7.8％，对照组感染率87．5％，经统计学处理P＜0.005，有非常显性差异。结论 观察组能降低感染率，值得临床推广应用。

The Comparsion of the Infection Rate with Various Nursing of Preventing urethritis to the patients with urethra tube

Objective In order discuss the methods that reduce the infection rate of patients with urethra tube.Methods Cleaning quietly, disinfecting,stricting the operation programe were used. To avoid unnecessary untubation, improve the urethral cathetaization method, and do with infection in the early period and so on. Results The infection rate of new nursing method was7.8%, and the infection rate of coventional nursing method was 87.5% .According to statistics, the difference is very significant (P<0.005). Conclusion The new nursing method of patients with urethra tube can reduce the rate of infection and it is worth popularizing.
