| 摘 要： | 目的制备黄芪螺旋藻分散片并对其性能进行考察。方法以外观、分散均匀度、崩解时间为指标筛选填充剂和崩解剂。结果填充剂以微晶纤维素、崩解剂以交联聚维酮、羧甲基淀粉钠按一定比例混合使用效果最优,其崩解时间、分散均匀度达到中国药典(2005版第二部)要求。结论研制的黄芪螺旋藻分散片处方合理,体现了分散片的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain the preparation of astragalus and spirulina dispersible tablets and investigate the properties.Methods Choosing the filler and disintegrant with appearance,dispersed homogeneous degree and disintegration time.Result The best tablets were prepared with the microcrystalline cellulose as the filler,Crospovidone(PVPP) and CMS-Na as the disintegrants mixed in proportion.The dispersed homogeneous degree and disintegration time met the requirement of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of Ch... |
