彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）与CT对恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床意义

目的彩色多普勒血流显像CDFI与CT联合，对由于恶性梗阻性黄疸进行对照分析，以确定临床应用价值。方法对50例梗阻性黄疸患者分别进行CDFI、CT及CDFI＋CT检查结果与手术及病理对照。结果CDFI及CT均可较清晰显示梗阻性黄疸部位及病变特征。单纯CDFI与手术对照符合率为70％、单纯CT与手术对照符合率72．2％、联合应用符合率76．7％。结论二法合用能够更准确、全面、诊断梗阻性黄疸，有较高临床诊断及应用价值。

Clinical value for diagnosis by CDFI and CT of malignant obstructive jaundice

Objective To evaluate the clinical value by color Doppler flow imaging, CTand combined with CDFI and CT for malignant obstructive jaundice.Mothods 50 cases of malignant obstructive jaundice diagnosed by CDFI, CT and comhined with CDFI and CT. The result compared with operation and pathological. Results The location of obstructive and the imaging characters of lesions could be showed by CDFI or CT but by single used CDFI, the correct diagnosis rate were 70%, and CT were 72.2%, the two methods combined were 76.7% . Conclusions Combined with CT and CDFI have higher accurate rate for diagnosis the malignant ohstructive jaundice and have important diagnostic value for the clinical.
