股动脉插管选择性脑血管造影161例体会

本文报告了１６１例经股动脉插管选择性脑血管造影，对选择造影的一些有关技巧及某些并发症进行了讨论。认为导管选用是否恰当，将直接影响插管能否成功和并发症的发生。导管尖端塑形要随选择血管的不同而各有所异。提出老年病人因血管解剖关系的特殊变化，导管塑形也要相应改变，认为导管刺激引起脑血管痉挛也是造成脑供血不足的一个原因。提出选择性脑血管造影后，脑血栓形成可能是最终导致脑梗塞的另一个原因。最后对并发症的预防进行了简单的讨论。

Cerebral vasopasm caused by catheter stimulation was the cause leading to cerebral bloodsupply insufficiency too.The cerebral trombosis may be another cause causing cerebral infarction at last.The prevention of comlication was simply discassed.
