| 摘 要： | 目的：为促进医院感染管理向标准化、规范化、系统化方向发展。方法：于2000年4月对贵阳市4所综合医院医院感染进行了现况调查。结果：总结了医院感染管理工作现状和存在的问题，提出了相应的管理对策。结论：领导重视是关键，健全组织是保障，建章立法是基础，规范管理是核心。

| Abstract: | Objective:To promote the normalization,standardization and systemation of nosocomial infection control.Methods:We investigated with cross sectional study the condition in four comprehensive hospitals for the different grade in Guiyang city in April,2000.Results:The present conditions and pending problems in field infection control are summed up,relevant control policies are suggested.Conclusion:Paying attention of leader to nosocomial infection is a key,setting up of the organition for nosocomial infection is a secure,making the rule for controlling nosocomial infection is a base and standardizing administration for nosocomial infection is a nueleus. |
