米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍利凡诺终止中期妊娠89例临床观察

目的探讨米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍利凡诺终止中期妊娠的临床效果。方法我院计划生育门诊自愿要求终止妊娠的孕妇（孕12～28周）89例，随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组入院后即口服米非司酮75mg，共150mg，同时羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg，24h后阴道内置米索前列醇400μg，对照组入院后次日按常规经羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg引产。胎儿娩出后，常规肌注或静脉给予催产素20U，给予抗生素预防感染。结果两组引产一次成功率均为100％，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。观察组引产总时间平均28．90h，对照组平均56．15h，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；产后2h出血量，观察组平均104．99mL，对照组平均167．80mL，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍利凡诺终止中期妊娠能缩短产程、减轻孕妇的痛苦、减少出血量，不良反应少，是一种安全、有效的引产方法。

Clinical Observation of Mifepristone and Misoprostol with Murray Rivanol Used in Mid-pregnancy Induction of 89 Cases

Objective To study the clinical effects of mid-pregnancy＇ termination with mifepristone,misoprostol and murray rivanol. Methods 89 pregnant voluntary women to terminate pregnancy（ 12 to 28 weeks pregnant） were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group. The observer Group used mifepristone, dose was 75 mg, at the same time, 100mg murray rivanol amniotic injected, after 24 hours ,400 μg misoprostol fushed into vaginal. The control group used the conventional method, 100mg murray rivanol amniotic injected. After the baby is delivered, the conventional intramuscular or intravenous oxytocin 20U, given antibiotics to prevent infection. Results The success rates of two group were 100% ,the difference was not significant（P〉 0.05 ）. The average total time of induction,the observe group was 28.90h,and the control group was 56.15h, between the two groups there was a significant dlfference（P〈 0.05 ）; The average time of 2h postpartum bleeding, the observe group was 104.99 mL, the control group was 167.80ml, there was a significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ） between the two groups. Conclusion Termination of mid-pregnancy by mifepristone, misoprostol with Li-fan connaught can reduce labor and reduce the suffering of pregnant women, reduce bleeding and less adverse reaction, it is a safe and effective method of induction in clinical.
