针灸配合运动康复对中风后偏瘫治疗作用的临床研究

目的 :研究针灸配合运动对中风后偏瘫的康复作用。方法 :将 6 0例中风后偏瘫病人随机分为康复组与对照组各 30例。康复组在常规药物治疗的同时接受针刺及运动康复法治疗。并与单纯用药物治疗的对照组 30例作疗效对比。结果 :经平均 1个月治疗后 ,康复组总有效率为 6 0 % ,对照组为 4 0 % ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :针灸配合运动康复治疗中风偏瘫较单纯药物治疗疗效显著。

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON THE REHABILITATING EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE PLUS KINETOTHERAPY ON PATIENTS WITH HEMIPLEGIA AFTER STROKE

Objective:To investigate the rehabilitating effect of acupuncture plus inetotherapy on patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy.Methods: 60 patients who suffered from apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients each. One group was treated by a combination of acupuncture and kinetotherapy. The curative effect was compared with that in another 30 cases treated by simple medication, and follow-up observation was carried out. Results: After one month's treatment, the marked effectiveness rate was 60% in the rehabilitation group and 40% in the controlled group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions: A combination of acupuncture and kinetotherapy has a better rehabilitating effect on apoplectic hemiplegia than simple medication.
