| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨腰椎板成型对选择性脊神经后根切断术后腰椎稳定性及功能恢复的影响。方法: 在选择性脊神经后根切断术中采用腰椎板成型的方法治疗痉挛性脑瘫患者44例, 随访时间1年。结果:共42例患者完成随访, 术后1年未出现腰痛, 2例出现腰部无力, 腰椎屈伸位片提示骨性结构未见异常。结论: 本组病例所采用的椎板成型的方法对儿童脊柱骨的发育未产生明显影响, 并可较好的重建腰椎的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of laminoplasty in selective posterior rhizotomy on the stability of lumbar spine and functional outcome.Method:Forty-four patients of cerebral palsy were reviewed who underwent laminoplasty in selective posterior rhizotomy between April 2002 and April 2003.The follow-up period was one year.Result:Forty-two patients completed the following up.No patients complained low-back pain after one year,2 patients complained lumbar weakness.Plain radiographs of flexion and extension radiographs demonstrated no change in lumbar spine.Conclusion:Laminoplasty in selective posterior rhizotomy can preserve the stability of lumbar spine and have no effect on the development of the child's spine. |
