婴幼儿体外循环术后呼吸道的管理

目的：总结75例婴幼儿体外循环心内直视手术后的呼吸道管理经验，探讨防止和减少呼吸道并发症的对策。方法：收集我院自2005年12月--2007年12月收住的75倒先心病患儿，对体外循环术后的资料进行分析，探讨呼吸道管理的方法和经验。结果：全组75例患儿，呼吸道并发症6倒，其中肺不张2例，呼吸道梗阻1例，因呼吸衰竭死亡2倒，其余均痊愈出院。结论：通过加强婴幼儿先心病的术后监护，合理地使用呼吸机，术后注意呼吸道的管理，积极预防肺部并发症，对耍幼儿心内直视术后的康复至关重要。

Respiratory Tract Management in Infants after Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Objective： To summarize tile experience of respiratory tract management in 75 infants after open heart surgery under eardiopulmonary bypass, and discuss the countermeasures for the prevention and reduction of respiratory complications. Method： The clinical information of 75 infants who received open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass from Dec. 2005 to Dee. 2007 were analyzed, and then discussed the method and experience of respiratory tract management. Result： In 75 eases, 6 had respiratory complications, including 2 of atelectasis and 1 of respiratory tract obstruction. All the cases were recovered and dis- charged from hospital except 2 cases died of respiratory failure. Conclusions： The strengthening of postoperative monitoring, the reasonable use of ventilator, the management of respiratory tract, and the prevention of pulmonary complications are important to the recovery of infants.
