| 摘 要： | 随着电子计算机X线体层显像及磁共振显像在神经系统疾病的广泛运用,双侧大脑半球对称性的白质异常被大量发现,这一改变被称为脑白质疏松症。其一般发生于>60岁的老年人,且通常具有痴呆和脑血管病,甚至无临床症状的老年人中。该文就脑白质疏松症的发生、发展及其影像学进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | With the widely apphcation of CT and MRI in the nervous system diseases, a lot of symmetric alba abnormalities are found in the double cerebral hemispheres which is named as Leukoaraiosis. Leukoaraiosis usually happens in the peoples above 60-years-old with dementia and eerebrovaseular diseases,and also happens in the elders without clinical symptoms. This article reviews some progresses of leukoaraiosis about its genesis, development and imaging. |
