| 摘 要： | 目的:通过截取山西省卫生厅对其省内40所医院开展优质护理服务督导的现况资料,分析优质护理服务深入推进中可能存在的问题并提出应对策略。方法:采用《山西省医院实施优质护理示范工程考核评价细则》,对山西省开展优质护理服务的40所医院进行实地考评与调查。结果:40所医院开展优质护理服务督导平均得分为(86.71±5.77)分。不同级别医院19个项目得分率不同,三级医院在加强组织领导、护理员使用情况、健全并落实规章制度、规范护士执业行为、绩效考核制度、护患关系和谐方面优于非三级医院(P<0.05)。结论:应采取针对性的应对策略,进一步推进优质护理服务工作向纵深发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To intercept the current data of high quality nursing service inspection results in 40 hospitals of Shanxi Province and to analyse the possible problems and its countermeasures. Methods： We evaluated and investigated high quality nursing service in 40 hospitals of Shanxi Province according to ＂Evaluation rules of high quality care demonstration projects in hospitals of Shanxi Province＂. Results： The mean score of 40 hospitals＇ high quality nursing service was 86.71±5.77. Nineteen items were different in different level hospitals.Three Grade hospitals had higher scores than non Three Grade hospitals in strengthening organization and leadership, nursing staff usage, improving and implementing rules and regulations, standardizing nursing practice, performance appraisal system and nurse-patients harmony （P0.05）. Conclusions：We should take targeted measures to further promote and deepen high quality nursing service. |
