| 摘 要： | 目的:通过调查和测量北京市母婴同室病房的护理工作内容及护理工时,了解母婴同室病房的护理工作现状,并对母婴同室病房人力资源配置的合理数值进行预测。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取北京地区3家医院的9个母婴同室病房,对各项护理操作的工时进行准确测定。结果:母婴同室病房实际护理人员数为(18±4)人,床护比为1∶(0.46±0.08);而母婴同室病房所需护理人员数为(58±18)人,理论床护比为1∶(1.50±0.56)。结论:根据实际测得的护理工时数据表明,现母婴同室病房的护理人力配置远不能满足实际工作需求。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives： To calculate and measure nursing working content and working hours in maternal-neonatal wards in Beijing, to understand their current working status and to predict reasonable nursing manpower allocation in maternal-neonatal wards. Methods： The nursing working hours were measured among 9 maternal-infant wards in 3 hospitals in Beijing by convenient sampling method. Results： In maternal-neonatal wards, the average number of nurses was （184-4）.The average bed-nurse ratio was 1：（0.464-0.08）. However, by calculation, there are （584-18） nurses demanded averagely and the reasonable bed-nurse ratio should be 1：（1.504-0.56） in maternal-neonatal wards. Conclusion： According to the calculation results of actual nursing working hours, the present nursing manpower allocation is far from sufficient to meet the actual need of nursing work in maternal-neonatal wards. |
