摘    要:目的:旨在设计一个多导靶位可配置的磁刺激系统,用来克服现有脑部磁刺激仪只能对一个靶位置进行刺激的缺点。方法:利用有限元法对众多线圈进行排布,以实现最优的结构设计;利用可控硅实现线圈的驱动电路设计;并利用144通道采集卡实现对119导刺激线圈的独立控制;在软件上利用VC语言实现对接口卡的IO控制,并实现良好的人机操作界面。结果:成功设计开发了一套多导时空可变磁刺激系统,实现了磁场的频率、脉冲数、占空比均可自由定制。结论:经过实际测试,所设计的多导磁刺激系统能够实现不同靶位的组合控制,同时在磁场空间分布、磁场强度等方面均取得了良好的性能,是对现有磁刺激仪的一次重大改进。

Abstract:Objective To design a multiple-channel magnetic stimulation system in order to overcome the limitation of the conventional magnetic stimulator. Methocds From the application angle, the coils were arranged by adopting the finite element means to achieve optimal structural design. The driver circuit was carried out with a SCR, and each channel was controlled with the ICPDAS DIO-144 data acquisition card. During the software design, the IO control of the interface card was operated by using the VC language, and a convenient human-machine interface was achieved. A 119-channel magnetic stimulation system was developed successfully, which realized the free customization of the magnetic field frequency, the pulse, and the duty cycle. The system can realize the combination control of different stimulating points by actual testing, and meanwhile it has a good performance of distribution and strength of magnetic field, which is a major improvement for the existing magnetic stimulator.
