两种根管充填糊剂对老年人根管充填疼痛的影响分析

目的:探讨两种不同根管糊剂充填老年人根管后的影响。方法:对260例老年患者的296颗患牙随机分为cortisomol糊剂组和氧化锌丁香油糊剂组进行冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填,一周后复诊记录疼痛发生情况,采用SPSS11.0软件对数据进行处理。结果:用cortisomol糊剂完成根管充填的136例老年人150颗患牙根充后一周疼痛反应发生率为9.3%;用氧化锌丁香油糊剂完成的124例老年人146颗患牙根管充填后一周疼痛发生率为29.2%。cortisomol糊剂组较氧化锌丁香油糊剂组的老年人根管充填后疼痛反应的发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:cortisomol糊剂用于老年人根管充填后疼痛发生率较低,是一种较理想的根充材料。

Effects of two different root canal filling materials on the post-obturation pain in elderly patients

Objective： To explore the effects of two different root canal filling materials on the post-obturation pain in el- derly patients. Methods： Two hundred and ninety-six teeth in 260 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into Cortisomol paste group and zinc oxide eugenol paste group, folldwed by treatment with cold lateral condensation filling. The pain intensity after treatment was evaluated one week later. SPSS 11.0 software was used for statistical analysis.. Results： The pain response rate in Cortisomol paste group and zinc oxide eugenol paste group were 9.3% with 150 teeth in 136 elderly patients and 29.2% with 146 teeth in 124 elderly patients respectively. Root canal pain reaction rate in Cortisomol paste group was significantly lower than in oxidation of zinc eugenol paste group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cortisomol paste was an ideal root canal filling material for elderly patients with low incidence of pain.
