| 摘 要： | 护理工作量测算配置法是护理人力资源配置的重要方法之一。本文通过对护理工作量测算的相关研究进行回顾分析,从护理工作量的测算依据、研究结果和面临的挑战方面进行综述,为优质护理服务背景下,各医院合理、恰当地配置护理人力提供参考和借鉴。
