社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状调查

目的:了解社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的现状并探讨其影响因素。方法:采取分层整群抽样方法,抽取合肥市3个区的3个社区卫生服务中心418例2型糖尿病患者,并对其进行自我管理行为现状调查。结果:自我管理行为总分为(82.30±17.79)分,平均得分指标为63.31%;不同的自我管理活动水平有所不同,其中遵医嘱用药得分最高,平均得分指标为76.47%;血糖监测得分最低,得分指标为54.85%。自我管理水平影响因素众多,其中行为变化阶段、病程、并发症、住院史、居住方式是重要影响因素。结论:患者的自我管理行为现状不够理想,护理人员应对患者进行有针对性的行为干预,延缓和控制并发症的发生,从而提高患者的生活质量。

An investigation of self-management behavior with a sample of 2 diabetic patientsw in the community

Objective： To understand the self-management behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes in community and to explore the associated factors that may relate to their self-management ability. Method： A cross-sectional study with stratified cluster sampling method involved 418 patients with type 2 diabetes in the three communities. Result： the average score of self-management behaviors m patients with type 2 Diabetes was 82.30± 17. 79. Self-management activities levels varied in different aspects, medication compliance achieved the highest score. In contrast, glucose self-monitoring was reported the lowest score. Many factors were considered to be related to self-management behavior among diabetic patients, The stage of patients＇ behavior change and their history of diabetes, complication, previous hospitalization, living condition were the main associated factors. Conclusion： The current status of self management in diabetic patients was not optimal, nurses should improve the level of self-management, delay and control the occurrence of complication and improve the quality of life among diabetic patients by tailored behavioral intervention.
