| 摘 要： | 目的:了解中老年关节炎患者的自我效能状况及其影响因素。方法:运用一般资料表、关节炎自我效能量表、简明疼痛量表、老年抑郁量表及社会支持量表,对197例中老年关节炎患者进行调查分析。结果:患者自我效能感得分的中位数为3.00(QL=2.38)。影响自我效能感的主要因素是疼痛干扰程度、抑郁水平及相熟朋友数。结论:中老年关节炎患者自我效能水平较低,应针对其影响因素采取相应干预措施,提高其自我效能感。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-efficacy among middle-aged and older adults with arthritis. Methods： Totally 197 outpatients with arthritis were investigated by using the 8-item Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale, the Brief Pain Inventory, the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale, and the Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey. Results： The median of self-efficacy score was 3.00 （QL=2.38）. Pain interference, depression, and number of close friends were identified as the main influencing factors of self-efficacy. Conclusion： Self-efficacy level among middle-aged and older adults with arthritis is low. The corresponding interventions should be developed to strengthen their self-efficacy. |
