| 摘 要： | 护士信息化排班能够帮助护理管理者节约排班时间，提高工作效率，增强排班公平性，具有较高的研究价值。本文通过对相关文献进行研究分析，就国外护士信息化排班的相关问题、类型及应用等方面进行归纳总结，旨在为我国护士信息化排班的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | The nurse scheduling informationization is an approach that is basea on the modern information technology and advanced nursing management concept, building a mathematical model with related problems and constraints, then solving it by some software technology. We found that the approach can save the managers＇ working time, improve their working efficiency, and enhance the fairness of nurse scheduling. This paper reviewed the related problems, types, and application of the nurse scheduling informationization to provide some references for the development of the nurse scheduling informationization in China. |
