昆明市45所医院污水消毒情况调查

为了解昆明市各医院排放污水的消毒情况,通过取样检测和现场调查,对该市45所医院的污水消毒情况进行了调查。结果,有6所医院无污水消毒设施,污水直接排放。36所医院污水消毒检测总合格率为55.6%;有84.6%的医院使用次氯酸钠消毒污水。医院污水消毒不严格和过量使用含氯消毒剂现象较普遍。结论,本市医院污水消毒合格率仅有55.6%,尚有部分医院污水不消毒;必须建设完善的医院污水消毒设施,加强监督监测力度,确保医院污水排放安全。

SURVEY OF DISINFECTION OF SEWAGE FROM 45 HOSPITALS IN KUNMING CITY

In order to know the condition of disinfection of sewage drained from hospital of Kunming City, examination of samples and on-the-sport survey were used to investigate the condition of disinfection of sewages from 45 hospitals of this city. Results: Six hospitals had no sewage disinfection facilities and the sewage was drained directly. The total eligible rate of disinfection of sewage from 36 hospitals examined was 55.6%. 84.6% of the hospitals used sodium hypochlorite for disinfection of sewage. The phenomena of unstrict disinfection of hospital sewage and excessive use of chlorine-containing disinfectants were quite common. Conclusion: The eligible rate of disinfection of hospital sewage in this city was only 55.6% and the sewage of some hospitals were still not disinfected, so it is necessary to build the perfect facilities for disinfection of hospital sewage and strengthen the supervision and monitoring in order to ensure the safety of drainage of hospital sewage.
