| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨小叶锦鸡儿正丁醇提取物的抗肿瘤作用。方法]给小鼠接种S180内瘤细胞后随机分组，分别给各组小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水及0．420，0．210，0．105g/kg小叶锦鸡儿正丁醇提取物，10d后观察肿瘤质量及体重变化．结果]大、中、小剂量小叶锦鸡儿正丁醇提取物对小鼠S180内瘤的生长抑制率分别为30％，34％，20％。结论]小叶锦鸡儿正丁醇提取物对小鼠S180内瘤的生长有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the anti-tumor effects of the n-butanol extraction of Caragana (Microphulla) Lam.METHODSAfter planting S_(180) sarcoma, the mice were randomly divided into several groups, and the mice were treated with saline and 0.420, 0.210 and 0.105g/kg dosages of the extraction by I.P. respectively. After treating for 10 days, changes of the tumor weight and body weight were studied.RESULTSThe inhibitory rate to S_(180) sarcoma in mice by various dosages of the n-butanol extraction of Caragana (Microphylla) Lam were 30%, 34%, and 20%, respectively.CONCLUSIONThe n-butanol extraction of Caragana Microphylla Lam has (remarkable) inhibitory effect on S_(180) sarcoma in mice. |
