摘    要:采用灌胃方法,用3-氯-4-(二氯甲基)-5-羟基-2(5氢)-呋喃酮(MX)染毒Wistar大鼠(1.65、165、16500ngMX/kg),每天1次,连续15天.结果发现,一定剂量的MX可使大鼠精子畸形率明显增高,使肝、肾脏器系数发生改变,并出现病理变化,但对大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCEs)微核的诱导和大鼠血清、组织(肝、肾、睾丸)脂质过氧化(LPO)水平无明显影响.提示MX对大鼠生殖细胞具有遗传毒性,对肝肾有损伤作用,但不产生氧化性损伤,骨髓细胞似乎对MX的遗传毒性作用不敏感.

Abstract:chloro 4 (dichloromethyl) 5 hydroxy 2(5H) furanone(MX)was administerd to Wistar rats (1.65,165,16500 ng/kg) by gavage one time a day for 15 days.At the end of this period,significant increases of sperm abnormality rate were observed in rats exposed MX at certain doses.Organ index of liver and kidney were changed and pathological changes took place.No signficant increases of micronucleus induction in polychromatic erythrocytes(PCEs) of bone marrow and lipid peroxidation(LPO) level in serum and tissue(live,kidney and testicle)of rats were showed.Our results suggested that MX was able to induce genotoxicity of reproductive cells and to injure the liver and kidney of rats exposed.But no oxidative damage was found.
