目的 介绍近年胸部创伤的临床研究进展。方法 收集１９９７年１月～１９９８年１２月ｅｄｌｉｎｅ、《中华创伤杂志》、《中华胸心血管外科杂志》、《中国胸心血管外科临床杂志》相关论文１８２篇，综述胸部创伤的临床的新进展。结果 Ｍｅｄｌｉｎｅ９９篇论文中前瞻随机对照和回顾分组统计处理的研究分别为１５．２％和２３．２％，国内相关论文８３篇中仅为０％和６５（Ｐ〈０．０１）。超声诊断技术与电视胸腔镜技术已有更广泛

Recent Progress in Clinical Research for Chest Trauma

Objective Recent progress in clinical research for chest trauma was introduced. Methods One hundred and eighty two clinical research reports on chest trauma were collected from Medline, Chinese Journal of Traumatology, Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, and Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery dated from Jan. 1997 to Dec.1998. Recent progress in clinical research for chest trauma was estimated. Results Prospectively randomized blind controlled trails and retrospectively compared trails with statistical analysis were 15.2% and 23.2% respectively in 99 papers in Medline, 0% and 6% respectively in 83 papers of three Chinese Journals. Techniques of ultrasonic diagnosis and video assisted thoracoscopy had been used more extensively. Early femoral fracture fixation with a reamed intramedullary nail was recommended in patients of chest trauma with femoral fracture. Conclusion Clinicians should study the knowledge of evidence based medicine that could be used to direct the clinical research for chest trauma.
