三种型总义齿修复牙槽嵴重度吸收无牙颌患者咀嚼效率的研究

目的比较舌侧集中全口义齿、解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿及线性全口义齿的咀嚼效能。方法选择60例牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者,随机分成3组,分别为其制作舌侧集中全口义齿、解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿及线性全口义齿。患者使用3个月后采用吸光度法检测其咀嚼效率进行对比分析,并采用问卷调查对患者的总体满意度进行调查。结果 3种型全口义齿的咀嚼效率由高到低为舌侧集中全口义齿、解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿、线性全口义齿,但差异无统计学意义。患者满意度由高到低为舌侧集中全口义齿、线性全口义齿、解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿,只有舌侧集中全口义齿与解剖式双侧平衡全口义齿数据有统计学差异。结论对牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者,应用舌侧集中全口义齿可以取得较好的综合满意度。

Evaluation of the masticatory efficiency of complete dentures with lingualized occlusion,anatomic occlusion and linear occlusion

Objective To compare the masticatory efficiency between complete dentures with lingualized,anatomic and linear occlusion.Methods Sixty edentulous patients with severe absorption of residual alveolar ridge were treated with complete dentures of three kinds of occlusion,and the masticatory efficiency was assessed after wearing for three months.A psychometric questionnaire was completed by the patients after wearing the denture for more than 3 months.Results Lingualized occlusal denture was similar in masticatory efficiency to the anatomic occlusal denture and linear occlusal denture.The subjective feelings of patients wearing lingualized occlusal dentures were much better than those of patients wearing anatomic occlusal dentures.Conclusion Complete denture with lingualized occlusion can be used to improve the clinical effect of edentulous patients with severe absorption of residual alveolar ridge.
