护理干预对麻风病足底溃疡的预防效果

目的探讨有效预防麻风病足底溃疡的最佳时机与方法。方法将252例患者分为A、B、C三组，分别于足底溃疡发生前期、发生期和发生后期进行护理干预并随访12～48个月，观察干预前后足底溃疡的发生率。结果患者通过护理干预后足底溃疡的发生率明显下降，A组仅1例发生足底溃疡，B组、C组足底溃疡发生率分别下降了69．14％和46．75％。结论护理干预能有效预防麻风足底溃疡的发生，早期指导患者进行预防教育，掌握自我护足的方法是有效预防麻风足底溃疡的关键。

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention for Plantar Ulcer in Leprosy Patients

Objective To approach the best opportunity and method for preventing the occurrence of plantar ulcer in leprosy patients. Methods Totally 252 patients were randomly divided into groups A, B, and C, each group was interfered in the prophase, the phase and the anaphase Of the ulcer. All the patients were followed up 12--48 months and observed the incidence of plantar ulcer. Results The incidence of plantar ulcer declined significantly after nursing intervention. Only 1 patient occurred plantar ulcer in group A, and the incidence of plantar ulcer in groups B and C decreased by 69.14% and 46： 75%. Conclusions Early intervention and health education about self nursing are the key measures to effectively prevent plantar ulcer in leprosy patients.
