| Abstract: | Detrusor sphincter dyssynergia (DSD) is variant of neurogenic bladder dysfunction caused by suprasacral neurological abnormalities and may be associated with serious complications if unrecognised. This paper focuses on the clinical features as well as challenges and limitations in the diagnosis of DSD. |
