摘    要:用BALB/c小鼠形成风疹病毒感染模型,小鼠经尾静脉感染RVGOS_(-10)株10~6TCID_(50),每只0.5ml,病毒血症持续约一周,感染后第4天达最高滴度,为10~(6.3)TCID_(50)/0.25ml,间接免疫荧光及间接酶标染色法观察小鼠组织切片,感染后不同时间,病毒对小鼠各脏器可形成广泛的侵害,抗原主要分布于胞桨,病毒分离结果与之吻合,感染后第18天,心、眼、肺中的病毒滴度分别为10~(5.2),10~(5.6),10~(5.5)TCID_(50)。

Abstract:Abstract BALB/c strain mouse was first used as an animal model to indicatethe characteristics of rubella virus infection. Each mouse was inoculatedintravenously with GOS-10 strain 10~6 TCID_(50) 0.5ml. The viremia persistedabout 1 week in the animal bodies and the highest titers of virus rose to 10~(8.3)TCID_(50)/0.25ml on the fourth day post infection. Indirect-immunofluorescenceand indirect-immunoenzymatic staining test were used to identify virus in thesections of mice tissues. The results indicated that rubella virus could causewild infections by degrees in mice organs at different times after inoculation.Viruses were mainly discovered in cytoplasm and isolated from most tissues ofmice. The virus titers remained high on the eighteenth day after inoculation,which titers in heart, eyes and lung were 10~(5.2),10~(5.6) and 10~(5.5)TCID_(50)/0.25mlsuccessively.
