肠外营养联合肠内营养在胰腺、十二指肠损伤患者术后的应用价值

目的探讨肠外营养联合肠内营养支持治疗在胰、十二指肠损伤患者术后的应用价值。方法对本院近8 a来肠外营养联合肠内营养支持治疗的22例胰、十二指肠损伤术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果22例患者均治愈,术后10 d外周血淋巴细胞总数、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白均提高,肝功能好转,氮平衡好转。发生并发症4例次,平均住院日为32 d。结论胰、十二指肠损伤术后肠外营养联合肠内营养支持治疗有较好的应用价值。

Application value of combination of postoperative parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition for injury of pancreas and duodenum

Objective It is to explore the application value of combination of postoperative parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition for patients with injury of pancreas and duodenum.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of patients with injury of pancreas and duodenum who received support of combination of postoperative parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition in recent 8 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were cured.On the tenth day after operation,the function of liver was improved,the count of total lymphocyte and the level of the albumin,pre-albumin,transferrin of blood serum were increased in all patients.Complications occurred in 4 cases.The average hospitalization time was 32 days.Conclusion Application of combination of postoperative parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition is practical and valuable for patients with injury of pancreas and duodenum.
