| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对临床治疗的观察,体会四步联合疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:本文选取膝关节骨性关节炎30例,采用针灸、拔罐、推拿按摩、药物熏蒸辨证综合治疗方法治疗,3个疗程后参照中国中医药管理局制定的《中国病症诊断疗效标准》,进行自身前后对照,观察治疗效果。结果:通过对以上病例的随访观察,治愈8例,好转22例。结论:四步联合疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis by four-step combination therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective：Through clinical observation,to appreciate the clinical efficacy of the four-step combination therapy in treating knee osteoarthritis.The paper selected 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis,using the method of combination therapy contends acupuncture,cupping,massage and medicines fumigation,after 3 courses,itself before and after comparison refereed to the Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy standards,which developed by the China administration of TCM.Results：The follow-up observation of the above cases,8 patients were cured,22 cases improved.Conclusion：The four-step combination therapy had a good effect in treating knee osteoarthritis. |
