手术室护士对护理不良事件的认知调查

目的了解手术室护士对护理不良事件的认知状况,分析相关因素,提出有效管理策略。方法自行设计《手术室护理不良事件认知调查》问卷,对99名手术室护士进行横断面调查。结果 93名手术室护理人员对不良事件的定义知晓率为65.59%,对不良事件的评定标准知晓率为51.61%,自愿报告系统的知晓率为46.24%。对手术室护理不良事件的认知度较高[（3.43±0.51）分]。自愿上报护理不良事件的影响因素中＂怕影响评优及职称晋升不想上报＂和＂担心被患者或家属起诉,引起纠纷＂占前两位。结论手术室护士对护理不良事件有较高的认知度。对护士实施人性化管理,倡导患者安全文化与建立不良事件自愿报告系统,使护理管理制度化、规范化,可有效消除护理不良事件的发生。

Survey on cognitive status of operation nueses to adverse events

Objective To understand the cognitive status of the operation room nurses on nursing adverse events and to analyze the related factors for proposing the effective management strategy.Methods The self-designed questionnaire Operation Room nursing Adverse Events Cognition surveywas used to conduct the cross section survey on 99 operation room nurses.Results The awareness rate to adverse events in 93 operation room nursing was 65.59%,the awareness rate to the the evaluation standard of adverse events was 51.61% and the awareness rate to the voluntary reporting system was 46.24%.The awareness of operation room nursing adverse events was higher（3.43±0.51）.Among the influence factors to voluntary reporting of adverse events,two items of ＂do not want to report due to fear of influencing excellence evaluation and title promotion＂ and ＂worry about the indictment of the patients or their family members and arousing dispute＂occupied the top two positions.Conclusion The operation room nurses have a higher awareness of nursing adverse events.Implementing the humanized management on nurses,advocating the patient safety culture,establishing the adverse events voluntary reporting system,institutionalized and standardizing the nurse managemnet can effectively eliminate the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
