| 摘 要： | 目的探讨代谢综合征（MS）及其各主要组分（体重指数、血脂、血糖及血压水平）与血清铁蛋白的关系。方法测定并比较60例代谢综合征患者及60例健康对照的血清铁蛋白（SF）、体重指数（BMI）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、空腹血糖（FPC）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）及血尿酸（UA）。结果MS组SF水平较对照组升高，差异具显著性（P〈0．01），SF与BMI、FPC、DBP、TG、LDL-C、UA呈正相关，与HDL-C负相关，与SBP无相关性。结论血清铁蛋白与代谢综合征有相关性，可能为代谢综合征的诊治提供新途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum ferritin(SF) and metabolic syndrome.Methods The SF,lipid profile,BMI,FPG,SBP,DBP and UA were measured in 60 patients with metabolic syndrome and 60 healthy controls.Results The level of SF was significantly higher in patients with metabolic syndrome than in controls(P<0.01)The level of SF was positively correlated with the levels of BMI,FPG,DBP,TG,LDL-C and UA,wherease negatively with the level of HDL-C.There was no close correlation between SF and SBP.Conclusion The correlation between SF and metabolic syndrome suggest that there may be a new way in the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome. |
