| 摘 要： | 目的：观察柔肝健脾活血利胆汤治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化（PBC）的临床疗效及对生化指标的影响。方法：将符合入选条件的33例患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组17例和对照组16例，治疗组予以柔肝健脾活血利胆汤治疗，对照组予以熊去氧胆酸（UDCA）治疗，观察两组临床疗效及生化指标的改善情况。结果：两组治疗后临床症状、体征、生化指标均有不同程度的改善；且治疗组在改善临床症状、血清TBil、GGT、ALT、AST等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：柔肝健脾活血利胆汤治疗PBC疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe the clinical and biochemical indicator effect on primary biliary cirrhosis treated by Rougan Jianpi Huoxue decoction. Method： 33 cases were randomly divided into two groups according to visit time. 17 cases in the treatment group were treated by Rougan Jianpi Huoxue decoction and 16 cases in the control group treated by Ursodeoxycholic acid. The improvement of clinical effect and biochemical indicator were observed. Results： Symptoms, signs and biochemical indicator improved in different de- gree after treatment in two groups. The improvement of symptoms, serumal TBIL, GGT, ALT and AST in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Rougan Jianpi Huoxue decoction was satisfactory for treating primary biliary cirrhosis. |
