螺旋CT对先天性脊柱畸形的三维研究

目的 通过螺旋CT三维成像术，对脊柱畸形进行形态学研究，并评估其诊断价值。方法 自1998年10月－1999年12月，我院收治了12例先天性脊柱畸形患儿，其中半椎体畸形8例，椎体分节不全3例，混合性畸形1例。畸形节段均行螺旋CT扫描，将扫描结果和X线片进行对照分析。结果 与常规X线相比，螺旋CT扫描能准确地显示脊柱畸形节段的变异和分布情况，有助于区分各类畸形，且可以判断畸形发展的趋势，并为制订手术方案提供了影像学基础。结论 对需要手术治疗的先天性脊柱畸形患者，建议术前应常规行螺旋CT扫描，可为制定治疗方案提供有效依据。

Evaluation of spiral CT in congenital spinal deformity

Objective To evaluate and analyse the characteristics of the deformities preoperatively using three dimensional spiral CT. Methods Twelve patients of congenital spinal deformity were collected and underwent spiral CT examination. Among these,8 cases were with hemivertebrae ,3 non segmental spinal vertebraes,1 mixed deformity. The results shown in X ray films were compared with those of spiral CT scan .Results All the patients had scoliosis with Cobb angle 27 degree to 95 degree .Comparing with the X ray examination, spiral CT would reveal the pathological anatomy of the deformities more precisely and provide predictive value of the potential development of deformities.Conclusion The spiral CT is a useful examination method for determining the treatment regime.
