| 摘 要： | 本文利用免疫荧光法对肿瘤细胞ＣＥＭ，ＣＥＭ／ＡＤＭＰ１７０－糖蛋白进行了检测，结果显示：敏感细胞全部为阴性，而耐药细胞株Ｐ１７０－糖蛋白呈过度表达，其过度表达细胞数随肿瘤细胞对抗癌药物耐受性增强而增加，其中ＣＥＭ／ＡＤＭ多耐药细胞株的Ｐ１７０－糖蛋白过度表达细胞为９２％。

| Abstract: | We have detected the level of P170 glycoprotein(PgP) in CEM and CEM/ADM tumor cells by the method of immunofluorescence.The results showed that the expression of PgP in the CEM sensitive cell line was all negative while in the CEM/ADM multidrug resistance cell line that was overexpression.The number of the PgP overexpression cells,which was 92% in the CEM/ADM cell line,increased with the resistivity to the ADM. |
