| 摘 要： | [目的]优化淫黄颗粒的提取工艺。[方法]采用正交试验法,以提取液中淫羊藿苷的含量为考察指标,对影响水煎提取效果的加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、次数等4个因素进行研究。[结果]淫黄颗粒的最佳提取工艺为A2B2C3,即加水量为8倍,提取3次,每次1.5h。[结论]该实验所优选的工艺稳定,可行。

| Abstract: | [Objective]Optimise the extract technical of Yinhuang Granules.[Method] Take orthogonal test,take carriin content in extract as observation index,study the 4 factors of water amount,sipping time,decocting time and times influencing the decoction extract result.[Result] The best extract technical is A2B2C3,i.e.8 times for water,3 times of extract,1.5h/time.[Conclusion] The experiment shows the technical is stable and available. |
